Peer Review Process

Initial Check
Scope, format, ethics, plagiarism, and completeness are checked by the editorial office.

Peer Review
Suitable papers are sent to 2-3 independent reviewers for double-blind evaluation.

Decision & Publication
Accepted papers are published in the conference proceedings volume with DOI assignment.

  • Full paper in DOCX or PDF format
  • Title page with author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and funding information
  • Blind manuscript with author identifiers removed
  • High-resolution figures and clearly formatted tables
