Eligibility
- Graduate or doctoral student
- Research in ASIRS-related fields
- Valid student ID required
Regular
Eligibility
- PhD or equivalent degree
- Active research publications
- Researcher or faculty position
POPULAR
Institutional
Eligibility
- University or research institute
- Library or academic organization
- 3+ affiliated researchers
Honorary
Eligibility
- Distinguished scholars
- Significant academic contributions
- By invitation only
Required Documents
CV / Resume
Current academic CV including education, employment, publications, and awards.
Publication List
List of peer-reviewed publications, conference proceedings, and book chapters.
Cover Letter
Brief statement of interest and how you plan to contribute to ASIRS.

Submit your application through the ASIRS online membership portal. Create an account and upload your documents directly.
Important Notes
- Application review typically takes 2-4 weeks after submission.
- All documents must be in PDF format unless otherwise specified.
- Institutional applications require authorization from an institutional representative.
- Honorary Membership is by invitation only and does not accept unsolicited applications.
