Content Guidelines
Clear title, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions

5-minute oral summary + interactive Q&A

10-15 minutes including Q&A

◈ Submission Guidelines

To submit a poster or demo proposal, please prepare the following:

✦ Extended abstract (300-500 words)
✦ Poster preview or demo overview
✦ Keywords and relevant topics
✦ Author information and affiliations
✦ Equipment requirements (if any)
✦ Special requests or notes

Important: All submissions must be made through the conference submission system by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Can I submit both a poster and a demo?
Yes, you may submit both, but separate submissions are required.
Will my poster be published?
Accepted posters will be published in the conference proceedings.
Can I present remotely?
Yes, virtual presentation options are available for remote participants.
What equipment is provided for demos?
Basic AV equipment (projector, screen, power outlets) is provided. Presenters must bring their own devices.

Yes, templates are available for download on the conference website.
